Oil & Gas Calibration Management (Beginner Level)

A 3-day beginner programme covering instrumentation fundamentals, calibration workflow and ISO/IEC 17025 documentation awareness for oil & gas operations—built for plant-ready, safe and compliant measurement practice.

General Overview

Built for real plant & site realities—clear fundamentals, practical workflow, and hands-on calibration exposure.

Programme: Oil & Gas Calibration Management (Beginner Level)
  • Understand process control basics and the role of instrumentation in oil & gas measurement & control loops.
  • Learn key plant instruments for Pressure, Temperature, Flow, Level (P/T/F/L) and signal fundamentals (4–20 mA, HART).
  • Perform instrument calibration & verification using SOP-style workflow: preparation → as-found/as-left → recording → reporting.
  • Apply control valve fundamentals: components, actuator/positioner basics, valve characteristics & sizing awareness for field applications.
  • Strengthen data recording, traceability & uncertainty awareness aligned to ISO/IEC 17025 documentation expectations.
